Job summary

Prada Group seeks a stock management lead to supervise warehouse operations and ensure stock integrity for the Miu Miu brand. You will drive KPI-driven processes, manage the stock team and uphold corporate guidelines across goods receipt, storage, and transfers.

You will implement returns, markdowns, and e-commerce shipments while coordinating with Store Operations and the Store Manager for optimal product flow and security.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock safety and accurate handling in the warehouse.
• Oversee daily goods receipt and merchandise preparation for shop floor.
• Organize stock takes, counts and SAP-based stock tracking.
• Manage stockroom activities including markdowns and returns.
• Coordinate shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines.
• Lead and develop the stock team; plan staff activities and tasks.
• Conduct performance assessments with Store Manager guidance.
