Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a Stock Management Lead to control warehouse operations and optimize product flow for luxury brands. You will ensure stock accuracy, safety, and compliance with corporate guidelines, while guiding a fast-paced stock team.

Experience in luxury/fashion retail, strong leadership, and English proficiency are essential; SAP experience is required to manage receipts, counts and transfers across stores and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Leadership and ability to manage a team in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• English language skills are a must; other languages a plus.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock safety and optimize stock processes in warehouse.
• Oversee daily goods receipt and prepare merchandise for shop floor.
• Organize stock counting and stock takes, track product flow in SAP.
• Manage stockroom activities including markdowns, returns, and transfers.
• Coordinate staffing, train and evaluate the stock team, plan tasks.
