JW Marriott Anaheim Resort is seeking a Stewarding Associate to support Food & Beverage outlets by cleaning and organizing ware and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced hotel environment near Disneyland. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to hotel standards.

The position requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving ware, strong communication, and a commitment to consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dish or pot machines.
• Wash ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
• Maintain physical strength and stamina for high activity.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine to finish silverware.
• De-tarnish and polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans for cooks.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
