Job summary

Hyatt Regency Orange County is seeking a Steward or Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift moderate weight, with frequent interaction with kitchen staff and guests.

You will keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required.

A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person often work closely with other kitchen staff, must have good communication skills. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction

Steward or Dishwasher are responsible for keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash and assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

The hourly rate is $23.75
