Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong distributor management experience.
• Pricing and 3-tier system knowledge.
• Understanding of On- and Off-Premise channels.
• Sales and marketing experience with strategy knowledge.
• Excellent coaching and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive results.
• Independent work style with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth through team leadership, distributor management, and key account engagement.
• Deliver strategy across channels, drive brand performance and commercial results.
• Build distributor partnerships and allocate resources for execution.
• Drive brand growth via marketing activation, pricing, and new opportunities.
• Monitor ROI and use insights to optimise investments and results.
• Manage territory P&L, delivering depletion, profit and brand value targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless execution of sales, marketing, and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance and exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to sustain high performance.
