Twin Farms in Vermont seeks a Spa & Wellbeing Manager to lead daily spa operations, guest experiences, and a high-performance team within a Forbes Five-Star setting. You will partner with across-spa, activities, rooms, and culinary teams to craft seamless wellbeing journeys.

Ideal candidates bring progressive spa leadership, guest‑centered service, and a proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive spa leadership experience in luxury hospitality or wellness.
• Strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or comparable luxury service standards.
• Experience leading teams, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experiences reflecting Forbes Five-Star service philosophy.
• Recruit, coach, and develop spa professionals while cultivating a supportive culture.
• Oversee daily spa services, thermal experiences, scheduling, and facility presentation.
