Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive spa leadership experience in luxury hospitality or wellness.
• Strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or comparable luxury service standards.
• Experience leading teams, managing schedules, budgets, and maintaining operational standards.
• Natural ability to connect with guests and colleagues through warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Sound judgment, initiative, and willingness to lead by example.
• Passion for wellness, personal growth, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, intuitive, and highly personalized guest experiences reflecting Forbes Five-Star service philosophy.
• Recruit, inspire, coach, and develop a spa team, building a supportive, accountable culture.
• Oversee daily spa services, thermal experiences, treatment scheduling, facility presentation, and guest readiness.
• Manage budgets, labor, inventory, retail performance, and revenue opportunities with financial awareness.
• Establish consistent practices, support ongoing training, and maintain Forbes Five-Star quality.
• Collaborate across Spa, Activities, Rooms, and Culinary to deliver connected guest experiences.
• Lead the spa opening with preparation, planning, rehearsals, and welcoming guests.
• Provide hands-on leadership, engage with guests, solve challenges, and attend to details.
