As the hands-on leader, you will manage daily operations, budgets, and wellness programming, collaborating across Spa, Activities, Rooms, and Culinary to ensure flawless service and memorable guest experiences from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of progressive spa leadership in luxury hospitality or wellness.
• Strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or comparable luxury standards.
• Experience leading teams, scheduling, budgets, and maintaining operational standards.
• Ability to connect with guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

• Create guest experiences reflecting Forbes Five-Star service philosophy.
• Recruit, coach, and develop spa professionals; build accountability and pride.
• Oversee daily spa services, thermal experiences, scheduling, and facility presentation.
