Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain a safe and clean aquatic and amenity area for residents and guests. You will greet residents, answer phones, and help coordinate services under supervision.

This non-exempt, hourly position requires prior experience in a related role, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will assist with towels, fruit water, gym areas, and ensure equipment and spaces meet standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• Experience at a luxury property, club or hotel is strongly preferred
• The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment
• The ability to convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with other staff
• Must be able to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to organize and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and answer phones, scheduling services.
• Maintain spa supplies and towels, ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure jacuzzi and massage rooms are clean and prepared.
• Prepare fruit water and display at pool area on weekends.
• Organize gym area and assist in equipment upkeep.
• Enforce Association Rules and report issues.
• Assist with special events and other duties as assigned.
