Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Massage Therapist State License required.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism and healing-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to treatment rooms, attending to immediate needs during Spa visits.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications and maintain spa standards.
• Perform prep work and restock rooms; ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout treatments.
• Promote spa services, treatments, sessions and retail offerings to guests.
