Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Part Time Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional massage and spa treatments with a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The role supports the spa's goals and requires a strong focus on guest comfort, safety, and an upscale experience.

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are especially needed, with all days available. The position offers commission per treatment and a base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid massage therapy certification from a recognized school.
• 5+ years of massage experience in a standalone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Active English communication (speaking, reading, writing).
• Continuing education to maintain massage license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage and spa services including massage, wellness therapies, body treatments, and related services.
• Maintain a retail and service upsell pace with provided products.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and participate in backbar expense control.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and spa cleanliness throughout treatments.
• Escort guests and manage guest requests during spa visits.
• Record-keeping and participation in ongoing training and promotions.
