Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Spa Nail Technician to deliver exceptional nail services with meticulous sanitation and a customized, guest-focused approach. You will perform manicures, pedicures, and spa treatments while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.

The role requires a Nail Technician license, strong English communication, and at least 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English.
• Valid Nail Technician license from the California Department of Consumer Affairs – Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
• Continuing Education as required to maintain license/certification.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Nail Technician in a stand‑alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Exceptional skill and the ability to stay on time with nail service schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide nail services to guests including manicures and pedicures.
• Provide nail and spa services both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with products and accessories.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings.
• Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks related to spa operations and disinfection.
