AIRE Ancient Baths Chicago is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain exceptional cleanliness and a welcoming environment in the locker room, ensuring guests have a seamless start and end to their spa experience.

You will manage cleaning, supplies, and towels, while upholding AIRE’s high standards of dress and conduct. A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with stamina is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or gym preferred.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client wellbeing in the changing room and maintain impeccable cleanliness for client reception.
• Address client queries and concerns to enhance the overall experience.
• Uphold dress and grooming standards per company policy.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, and other areas to high standards.
• Restock toiletries and manage laundry inventory; keep towels organized and available.
• Monitor safety, privacy, and guest comfort throughout shifts.
