This position requires some nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate brings senior wellness/spa leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a vision to grow the spa alongside the resort.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive spa/wellness leadership experience.
• Experience managing Licensed Massage Therapists and multi-role teams.
• Strong knowledge of spa services, product development, and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a luxury/wellness setting.
• English speaking: read, write, and understand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all spa staff and set performance expectations with coaching.
• Own scheduling strategy and staff models to balance demand and costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Drive retail strategy and product development for the spa boutique.
• Lead continuous improvement in guest experience from arrival to departure.
