Qualifications

• Exceptionally interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and members throughout their spa experience.
• Manage spa reservations, scheduling, confirmations, modifications, and waitlists.
• Coordinate treatments to create seamless and personalized itineraries.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
• Support retail sales through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and accurate payments.
