Job summary

Puig Miami Design District is seeking a Spa & Boutique Manager to lead the flagship boutique and spa, driving performance and delivering a premium luxury experience. You will develop clientele, manage a high‑performing team, and ensure brand standards across operations, service, and presentation.

You’ll own recruitment, training, scheduling, and ongoing development while collaborating with marketing on local events. A hands‑on, entrepreneurial leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury retail, spa, or beauty environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to meet and exceed commercialization targets.
• Deep understanding of luxury skincare and spa space, with strong service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive boutique’s sales performance, achieving or exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
• Analyze business reports to optimize commercial strategy.
• Develop and execute local initiatives to increase traffic, bookings, and brand awareness.
• Deliver world-class, personalized customer experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee spa operations, including scheduling, therapist management, and service quality.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail and spa team.
