Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking an experienced esthetician to provide facial and waxing treatments in a luxury spa setting. You will perform skin analysis, assess contraindications, and tailor skincare plans for guests' needs.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness, upselling spa services, and upholding brand standards while ensuring guest privacy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess current and valid aesthetician license.
• Minimum 2 years luxury spa experience.
• Skilled in skin analysis and spa equipment.
• Flexible hours; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide facial and waxing treatments to guests.
• Perform skin analysis and assess skincare needs prior to treatment.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and spa areas as requested.
• Prepare treatment room and work areas at the beginning of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize tools and equipment throughout shift.
• Promote and upsell treatments and retail to guest needs.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and privacy and uphold standards.
