Turnberry is seeking a Content Creator to bring brands and properties to life through social-first content. You will capture photo and video content on-site across hospitality, residential, retail, events, and guest experiences, crafting stories that feel elevated and aligned with a luxury brand.

You'll collaborate with creative and marketing teams to reflect brand personality, stay ahead of trends, and help shape concepts for social channels.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as a content creator, social media content specialist, videographer, or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong photography and short-form video work.
• Proficiency with mobile and/or professional camera equipment and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site across Turnberry properties.
• Create short-form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
• Translate seasonal campaigns and events into compelling visual stories.
• Identify opportunities to create content beyond assigned tasks.
• Attend events and openings outside of office hours as needed.
• Edit and deliver content according to timelines, maintaining high quality.
• Organize and tag assets for future campaigns and channels.
• Ensure content meets brand, quality, usage, and formatting standards.
