Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in luxury retail store management.
• Managerial experience with focus on building business.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Direct the showroom to achieve sales objectives and deliver supreme customer experience.
• Attract new customers and organize events to generate business opportunities.
• Lead and develop sales teams; participate in events and trade shows.
• Nurture client relationships in-store and beyond; manage customer database activities.
• Ensure training for store team on collections, selling techniques, brand stories and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee excellent customer service.
