Gabriella White, a family-owned luxury furniture retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager for our Pelham showroom in Alabama. You will lead a design-driven team, coach staff, and ensure a superior client experience while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or design or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of retail or design experience.
• Two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong design sense and client service orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with budgeting, payroll management and inventory control.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate a team.

• Elevate the client journey—anticipate needs, offer thoughtful solutions, and make every interaction memorable.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team that reflects our company values and passion for design.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards that capture the brand’s refined aesthetic.
• Use business insights and CRM tools to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
• Partner with regional leadership to shape local strategy, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Model accountability, positivity, and professionalism, ensuring every team member feels empowered and valued.
