Qualifications

• 2+ years creating short-form video for a brand, agency, or personal channel.
• At least 3 videos you made with 1M+ views, with repeatable success.

Responsibilities

• Spot trends and write hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
• Film, edit, and appear on camera in hands-only, voiceover, or faceless formats.
• Publish daily, optimize titles/descriptions/keywords, and track performance.
• Create repeatable series from winners and hand over top performers to paid teams.
• Engage with comments within 24 hours and adapt content based on data.
