Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an Agent, Private Shore Excursions, to plan, coordinate, and execute luxury pre-designed and custom private excursions across the global fleet. You will be the liaison between internal departments and external tour operators to ensure timely responses and flawless delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in shore excursions or travel operations, strong knowledge of ports, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, MXP, and Reservations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Geography, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in shore excursions, guest services, or travel operations.
• Knowledge of global ports and destinations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, MXP, and Reservations systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications to plan and execute pre-designed and custom private excursions.
• Maintain accurate excursion and booking records across internal systems; track payments and statuses.
• Support pre-voyage coordination and handover to shipboard teams; assist with group tours and special events.
• Provide operational support and training materials to other departments; contribute to logistics and documentation for high-profile guest experiences.
