Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks a Special Services Specialist to deliver personalized guest service while supporting the Senior Manager, Special Services and cross-functional teams. You will coordinate guest requests, proactively address needs, and resolve concerns with care throughout the guest journey.

Role requires 3+ years in Special Services within travel, luxury cruise experience preferred, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Special Services experience within the travel industry; luxury cruise experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across departments.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Special Services requests from pre-voyage planning through shoreside-to-yacht handoff with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Experience Ambassadors and stakeholders to support VIPs, Bonvoy members, media and partners.
• Arrange special orders, including dining, celebrations, dietary needs, accessibility accommodations, and other shipboard requests.
