Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an Experiential Programming & Activation Lead to shape luxury guest experiences aboard our ships. You will develop entertainment concepts, coordinate talent partnerships, and support the rollout of signature experiences across itineraries.

You will collaborate with operations and onboard teams to translate creative ideas into actionable programs, track milestones, and respond to guest feedback to continuously elevate our Gold Standards of service.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in entertainment, events, hospitality, experiential marketing, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating guest-facing experiences or events.
• Passion for creating engaging guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing entertainment, enrichment, activation concepts and experiences.
• Coordinate outreach, scheduling and coordination with talent and partners.
• Prepare presentations and programming materials for onboard teams.
• Track milestones and monitor guest engagement metrics.
