Avi & Co. is seeking a Shipping/Inventory Specialist in New York, NY to manage day-to-day inventory control, receiving, product data management, and inbound/outbound shipping for luxury watches and jewelry.

You will partner with Sales, E-commerce, Operations, and Finance to optimize lead times and KPIs. The role requires 3+ years in inventory or logistics, proficiency with JewelMate/ERP and advanced Excel, and meticulous attention to detail in high-value item handling.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in inventory, operations or logistics in luxury retail.
• Strong proficiency in JewelMate, ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lift/transport packages and stand for portions of the shift.

Aufgaben

• Manage inventory lifecycle: receiving, inspection, data entry, storage, picking/packing, and fulfillment.
• Perform intake and QC for inbound luxury watches and jewelry; document findings and variances.
• Maintain accurate item-level data in inventory/POS/ERP systems to support retail and e-commerce.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to drive accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Coordinate shipping logistics (labels, insurance, documentation) and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Work with logistics vendors to resolve exceptions.
• Handle secure storage, organization, and movement of high-value items; maintain chain-of-custody.
• Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Operations, and Finance to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and shipping area; comply with safety standards.
