Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain on your feet throughout the day.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve Lexus guest vehicles while treating every vehicle with care.
• Welcome every Lexus guest with a warm, professional demeanor and create a lasting impression.
• Provide prompt vehicle pick-up and delivery services for a seamless ownership experience.
• Assist Service Advisors by coordinating vehicle movements and status updates.
• Transport vehicles to off-site locations while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a polished, professional brand presence and premium hospitality.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Join the service team with a path to move into more advanced roles.
