Job summary

Lexus of Austin, part of Penske Automotive Group, seeks experienced Service Advisors to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will liaison between customers and the service department, schedule appointments, review service history, and relay information about maintenance and repairs, providing accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Consultant, or Luxury Automotive Service Advisor.
• Lexus or Toyota dealership experience is preferred; experienced advisors from other brands are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance recommendations, repair processes, and cost estimates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust, explain repair recommendations clearly, and provide accurate estimates.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers and service department, scheduling appointments and reviewing service history.
• Relate important information about maintenance and repairs to customers.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain them clearly to customers.
