What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Consultant, or Luxury Automotive Service Advisor.
• Lexus or Toyota dealership experience is preferred; experienced Service Advisors from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance recommendations, repair processes, and customer communication.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust, explain repair recommendations clearly, and provide accurate estimates.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
