The ideal candidate has 3+ years of luxury automotive service advisory experience, excellent communication, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury or high-line automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and document vehicle issues.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services to promote transparency.
• Schedule appointments to optimize shop productivity and communicate with technicians.
• Explain invoices and service breakdowns to customers, including upsells where appropriate.
• Contribute to department profitability through accurate service records and RO coordination.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Stay informed on OEM tech and service bulletins to drive value-based recommendations.
