Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Service Advisor for our Fifth Avenue boutique in New York. You will act as the ambassador for client service, providing expert advice and after-sales resolutions to ensure the highest level of client experience.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and Jewellery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, gracious client greetings while upholding Cartier values and exceeding client experience expectations.
• Meet and/or exceed service timeframes and follow-up with clients for Cartier service needs.
• Understand client needs and discuss appropriate service solutions.
• Explain technical service details to clients with clarity and accuracy.
