Job summary

Cartier Fifth Avenue in New York seeks an enthusiastic SERVICE ADVISOR to provide expert after-sales service and technical explanations to clients. You will deliver a warm, premium experience and apply Cartier service policies to resolve issues while maintaining brand standards.

As part of the boutique team, you will assist with basic product services, support sales efforts, and ensure flawless daily operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewellery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, gracious client welcome with each interaction and uphold Maison values.
• Meet service timeframes and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify client needs and discuss appropriate solutions.
• Explain service with clear technical explanations to clients.
• Apply Cartier service policies to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Perform basic product services such as strap changes, bracelet sizing, cleaning.
