Grand Living at Tower Place in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Server to deliver attentive, personalized dining experiences for residents and guests in our luxury senior living community. You will contribute to a warm dining atmosphere, support multiple venues and events, and collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure exceptional service and meaningful interactions day after day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
