The Mather, a luxury Life Plan Community in Evanston, IL, is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide prospective residents through a personalized decision-making journey and introduce them to a wellness-focused lifestyle. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes relationship cultivation, seamless move-in coordination, and delivering exceptional service consistent with Mather's mission.

• Sales experience in a service-related industry.
• Ability to maintain thorough knowledge of the sales process, services and policies.
• Flexible, self-motivated and professional demeanor.

Mansioni

• Initiate contact with and respond to assigned prospect inquiries in a timely manner, delivering a consistent Mather experience.
• Maintain current, accurate data in the CRM lead management system.
• Act as liaison between prospects/depositors and the sales team during residency approval.
• Establish strong prospect and depositor relationships.
• Coordinate duties as requested by Director of Sales.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with managers and team members.
• Distribute and collect depositor applications and forward for review/move-in.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in QA/process improvement.
