Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time role at our Palm Beach Gardens community. You will keep resident and shared spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, upholding the Watercrest standards of care and hospitality.

As a key member of the Environmental Services team, you will follow the Watercrest Housekeeping Handbook, perform daily cleaning, and support infection control practices to ensure a comfortable living environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience as a housekeeper in a multi-unit community or hotel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas.
• Follow Watercrest Housekeeping Handbook guidelines.
• Disinfect wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Inspect unoccupied apartments to ensure ready for move-in.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure housekeeping carts are securely stored.
