Job summary

Neiman Marcus in San Diego, CA is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, both in-store and digitally. You will be a trusted style confidante, using the latest technology for outreach and sales.

This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and requires fashion retail experience, strong sales drive, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High School Diploma / equivalency required.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
Create a positive work environment through collaboration
