Job summary

Polène, the French leather goods brand, seeks a Seasonal Sales Advisor for our New York flagship during October–holiday peaks. You will deliver elevated service, drive sales, and support boutique operations from front-of-house to stockroom, ensuring Polène's craftsmanship is reflected in every interaction.

Responsibilities include clienteling, product knowledge across leather goods and jewelry, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with elevated service.
• Build product knowledge across Polène’s collections.
• Drive sales through client understanding and recommendations.
• Perform stock, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising tasks.
• Handle transactions and support opening/closing procedures.
