Responsibilities

• Answer calls, texts, and messages promptly with professionalism.
• Manage salon schedule using Boulevard and keep calendar organized.
• Greet clients and create a luxury, welcoming environment.
• Follow up with leads and ensure no inquiry is missed.
• Support stylists and front desk operations to run efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records using the CRM system.
