Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and locally.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information.
• Process shipments, maintain stockroom cleanliness, and manage stock levels.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
