JAMES PERSE in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to lead a luxury retail team, drive sales, and uphold the brand experience. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, staff development, and maintaining James Perse standards in a high-end environment.

The candidate will manage client relationships, motivate staff, and ensure KPIs are met while representing the brand's lifestyle and values across in-store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a luxury environment and/or similar industry.
• Experience in a luxury retail store dealing with high-end goods.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Teamwork or similar retail system skills.
• Ideally cultivated client following; relocation is preferable for career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Act as James Perse brand ambassador and motivate the team to hit sales goals and KPIs.
• Represent and reinforce company standards and policies.
• Develop product knowledge and brand values; present ideas to Store Management.
• Build and maintain a client base; schedule client appointments; proactively network.
