Responsibilities

• Lead by example in exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Assist Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and recruit exceptional talent.
• Open/close the store and oversee opening/closing procedures; maintain store standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure Visual Merchandising standards are upheld.
