About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-level client experience and understanding the importance of aligning with our mission and vision while achieving results in product procurement and sales with a client-centric approach. The position may require working traditional retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Responsibilities include:

1. Creating and maintaining a luxury experience for procuring goods from clients and assisting with purchases. Achieving sales goals, conversion expectations, procurement KPIs, and providing excellent service.
2. Following up on targeted outreach lists (BOPS, SF Scheduler, online geo-targeted lists). Building repeat business with Fashionphile and Neiman Marcus Group clients.
3. Participating in benchmarking and brand education provided by Fashionphile.
4. Processing goods for authentication and online sale at HQ.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma

Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour plus uncapped commission for all new hires at our Newport Beach, CA location.
