Job description

Luxury Sales Specialist is responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles and acting as a brand ambassador. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and product information, with the aim of educating customers about our vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry (clothing, jewelry, auto, etc.)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the automotive industry
  • Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and software applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs)
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is desirable
  • Technologically adept at vehicle technology features
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License and insurability

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a brand ambassador—greet customers, manage showroom traffic, and offer beverage service
  • Deliver outstanding customer service—engage, educate, and excite customers about the brand, vehicles, and promotions
  • Guide customers through the showroom and lot, highlighting vehicles and introducing staff and promotions
  • Become a product expert—attend training, stay updated on brand communications, vehicle alerts, and recalls, and master product details and competitive positioning
  • Use CRM and other tools to meet and exceed outreach and sales goals, including calls, emails, and test drives
  • Keep customer contact information current in CRM
  • Assist in transitioning customers to the sales team, utilizing the 'up system'
  • Contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets through individual and team efforts
  • Educate customers during test drives, following all safety protocols
  • Present offers and assist in completing purchase deals
  • Coordinate vehicle staging and delivery preparations with the team
  • During delivery, demonstrate vehicle features, assist with setup, and enhance the customer experience with personalized touches
  • Support troubleshooting vehicle technology and provide mobile house-call services as needed
  • Promote brand and events via social media
  • Participate in company events and showroom procedures
  • Collaborate effectively across departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Compensation: Minimum wage plus commission
