HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales, Marketing & Executive Coordinator in San Francisco to support the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers, Marketing team and General Manager with a wide range of administrative, client-facing, and operational responsibilities.

This central role coordinates client communications, sales proposals, site visits, VIP arrivals, marketing activations, social content, partnerships, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers, clients, internal departments, and hotel leadership as a key point of contact.
• Assist with client inquiries, proposals, contracts, presentations, lead assignments, reports, and follow-up communication.
• Support site visits, client appointments, VIP arrivals, media visits, and partner experiences.
• Prepare professional sales materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
