Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement, serving in-store and digitally with the latest technology. You will be a trusted style confidante, discussing fashion and trends with authority.

This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager. You will use omni-channel tools, wardrobing, and digital outreach to achieve personal sales targets and drive client conversions, all while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in styling, fashion retail.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
