Job summary

STARK is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our East Rutherford, NJ warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate custom rugs, support daily production operations, and help maintain STARK's high standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety.

The ideal candidate has carpet installation or fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position requires reliable, punctual team players who can follow production

Qualifications

Minimum of 1–3 years of carpet installation, rug fabrication, or related hands-on flooring experience.
Must be able to get to and from the NJ Warehouse each day.
Ability to work safely while using tools, machinery, and shop equipment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to complete tasks efficiently in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Rug Fabrication & Production: Fabricate rugs in the shop according to STARK standards.
Production Tracking & Documentation: Log all completed tasks with accurate timestamps.
Safety, Tools & Equipment: Use STARK-provided tools and machinery in a safe and responsible manner.
Team Collaboration & Daily Workflow: Participate in daily meetings to review production schedules and priorities.
Delivery & Onsite Support: Occasionally assist the STARK delivery team with product deliveries.
