Job summary

Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection, a luxury boutique hotel in Charleston’s historic district, seeks a Room Attendant. You will maintain guest rooms to the highest cleanliness standards and ensure a welcoming, pristine environment for today’s discerning guests.

Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing amenities, dusting, vacuuming, reporting maintenance issues, and upholding health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure the room presentation is inviting.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and supplies as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and floors.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
• Follow established health and safety protocols.
