Job summary

Acne Studios in New York is seeking a Retail Trainer to support Retail and Outlet stores across North America, driving sales performance and elevating brand standards through hands-on coaching and training. This role reports directly to the President, North America.

Travel regularly across the North America region to deliver in-person coaching and training, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends around store and market needs. Fluent English and luxury retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching in fashion-luxury retail.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience tailoring training for diverse markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI performance through coaching, training, and developing store teams in selling, service, and product.
• Observe client interactions and selling behaviors, providing real-time feedback to staff.
• Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities using dashboards and KPI trends.
• Adapt global training content for North America and design new trainings and coaching plans.
• Develop coaching competencies so leadership sustains momentum between visits.
• Own onboarding and induction, coordinating with market SMEs to set employees up for success.
• Travel regularly across North America to deliver in-person coaching and training.
