Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching in fashion-luxury retail across cultures/markets.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience customizing centrally-developed training content for regional audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train store teams in selling, service, and product through in-store and virtual trainings.
• Observe client interactions and provide real-time feedback to staff.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to identify opportunities and track progress with coaching plans.
• Adapt and design training content for North America while aligning with brand standards.
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Travel regularly across North America to deliver in-person coaching, including evenings/weekends.
