You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, share labor market insights, maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience across Maison teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong collaboration with HR partners and hiring managers
• Ability to build and nurture talent pipelines and relationships
• Familiarity with labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
• Stakeholder management across boutique and regional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and define interview cadences.
• Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and build a diverse short list.
• Provide hiring managers with timely, high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively source candidates via ATS, social media, job boards, and field recruitment.
• Develop recruitment strategies with Maison functions to minimize time-to-fill and improve outcomes.
