Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver a transformational client experience and drive sales at our Texas Mercedes location. You will build relationships, apply product knowledge, and uphold Tory Burch brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in a busy retail setting, strong selling and communication skills, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
